In addition, the software can be used to track data that is only being used by the person who is creating the data. This would be much the same way as having the software for personal use, only it would be used for organizational purposes. Because the software is useful in many different kinds of situations and for various types of data, that makes the software much more valuable and significant. As a tool it can be used both personally and professionally, and since it is easy to use and comes with predesigned templates, there is a lower learning curve than would be expected with software of this type. That is important for anyone purchasing this software, since there are many people who can use it but who would not be interested in taking weeks or months to learn how to use it properly.

Overall, the SAP Crystal Presentation Design Software is a good choice for a large number of businesses, and can also be good for individuals. The predesigned templates mean that creating charts and graphs is easier than expected. It can also be used to explore many "what if" scenarios. When a person can do that, he or she can often make the best and most informed choice, since knowing what could happen with all of the different options is one of the best ways to see which option will work out both in the short-term and in the long run. Having a business - or even part of a business - fail to do well simply because of a technology or data problem is an unfortunate issue that can occur when people do not use the right tools (Krigsman, 2011).
Fortunately, with this design software all of that can easily be avoided and the software can be used for all different types of endeavors. While it is not required for businesses, it can be very helpful to many of them when they need to track and display data.
