I am specifically well-suited to an executive role in the Adventist Midwest Health System, having actively promoted Adventist's holistic approach to healthcare and life throughout my career.A permanent resident of Illinois, I received my BSN in Illinois, obtained my Illinois Nursing license in 1991 and have continually maintained my license to this day. Nearly my entire Nursing career has been concentrated in Illinois and I have been employed by the Adventist Midwest Health System for nearly 2 years as staff nurse in ICU/CICU/ER at Adventist LaGrange Hospital, which is known for both its high-tech proficiencies and personal patient approach. In addition, as a charge nurse in an acute care setting, I am accustomed to quickly adapting and making decisions under pressure. Consequently, while obtaining my Masters in Nursing, I am already proficient in maintaining Adventist's healthcare systems, safety policies and procedures, as well as complying with such governmental health care regulations as JCAHO, OSHA and IDPH.
