My career goals can best be outlined in a format that reveals short, medium, and long-term aspirations. At this point, it might be more helpful to work backwards from the most long-range goal to the shortest-range goal. This reverse progression will help show why each step in my personal plan is necessary in fulfilling my ultimate objectives as a visionary, leader, and entrepreneur.

Upon retirement, I am teaching at least on a part-time basis. I am working in a university in my home country, encouraging Indian students to stay in India rather than sell their talents abroad. By improving the caliber of domestic Indian colleges and universities, I will be helping my country to grow into the future.There will be no need for the rising stars of India to leave when they can receive more rewarding and lucrative careers helping the country of their ancestry.

I retired from running a major world leader in affordable energy solutions, operating a company in India that is an admirable agent of change.
