Admission to This Cooperative Program Essay

Of the available positions, I am most interested in those dealing with human resources, specifically recruitment, training, and development. I believe that my educational and professional experience will make me an asset to any of these positions. First, I am an MBA student with a constriction in organizational leadership, which has prepared me for a wide variety of positions in human resources. Perhaps more important is my work experience. I have worked as a recruitment analyst, which gave me practical experience in the HR field.In that position I was responsible for company-wide recruitment procedures, including preparations of job announcements, employment contracts, the candidate interview process, and candidate evaluation guidelines.
