As a member of the National Spanish Honor Society, I know that I can fully speak to individuals who are often marginalized for their inability to speak the mainstream language. My main interest in medicine and the health field is being able to reach out to those that need medical assistance most, and I believe that I am on the right path. George Washington University is appealing for a variety of reasons but the most stand out aspect of George Washington University is their fantastic research opportunities. I have an extensive background in medical research and would like to enhance and continue my passion for research and its application to the grander population.
